• HIGH-PERFORMANCE, WATERLESS HUMIDIFICATION:​ This heat moisture exchanger is a passive humidification unit that requires no water or external power. Its high-density sponge technology efficiently captures heat and moisture from your exhalations. • EASY TO INSTALL AND USE:​ Installation is simple. Just connect the HME filter inline between your CPAP machine's hose and your mask tubing. Always ensure both connectors are fully seated for a secure, leak-free fit.
